GENERAL-PURPOSE POLYUREA HYBRID
A versatile baseline for manufactured products, vehicles and general industrial protection: rugged texture, abrasion and impact protection, plus moisture and corrosion protection with correct preparation.

PX-2100 is the corresponding PAXCON-branded system, with documented use in specialized spall-lining configurations. Performance is specific to the tested system and configuration.

OEM-ORIENTED MODIFIED POLYUREA
A practical protective coating for manufactured components and repeat OEM production, where abrasion and impact protection are central requirements.
LINE-X XS-101 EU
CONSTRUCTION & CONCRETE POLYUREA
For suitable construction and infrastructure applications requiring concrete protection, waterproofing, wear protection or corrosion protection. Preparation and system selection follow the substrate and service conditions.
LINE-X XS-350 / PAXCON PX-3350
HEAVY-DUTY INDUSTRIAL PURE POLYUREA
For severe industrial service, demanding abrasion and chemicals, and suitable immersion or containment. Selection depends on the chemicals, temperature and exposure.

A stand-alone aliphatic coating for manufactured products and components that need a thinner protective finish with UV stability and colour/gloss retention.
LINE-X PREMIUM
UV-STABLE TOPCOAT FOR LINE-X
An HVLP-applied finishing topcoat over LINE-X/polyurea coatings, providing colour and appearance finishing with UV and colour stability.
PIGMENTS & COLOUR
Colour options depend on the selected coating system. UV exposure, colour retention and the required finish help determine the appropriate coating and colour approach.

Long-term coating performance depends on substrate condition, surface preparation, the correct primer, application procedure and service environment.
LINE-X FCP / UL-P310
METAL PRIMER & ADHESION PROMOTER
LINE-X FCP and Ultimate Linings UL-P310 are the same underlying primer under two brands. For adhesion and anti-corrosive protection on properly prepared metal, with intercoat use where technically appropriate.
CONCRETE PRIMERS
Concrete primer selection depends on substrate condition, moisture, the selected coating and service requirements. We select an appropriate primer as part of the complete application.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The preparation procedure, primer and coating must work together for the actual substrate and service environment. We review these as one system.
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
Repair the Coating or Prepare the Concrete
SRK-50 repairs the coating. MEND-X repairs the concrete substrate.

CARTRIDGE COATING REPAIR SYSTEM
For localized coating damage, gouges and difficult-to-reach areas. A disposable cartridge and static mixer provide a repair route where operating the main plural-component spray machine is unnecessary.

RAPID CONCRETE REPAIR & PREPARATION
For cracks, spalls, control joints and damaged concrete, including substrate repair before coating.
PLAN FOR MAINTENANCE
Include a repair strategy when specifying the complete system. The appropriate approach depends on whether damage affects the coating or the concrete beneath it.
