We start with the product, substrate, geometry, operating environment, required protection, finish requirements and expected production volume.

Photos, drawings and representative components help us review edges, joints, inserts, fixing points and complex shapes. Together we define surface preparation, masking, the application approach and acceptance criteria.

Technical data is important, but a representative component often answers questions a datasheet cannot. A physical coating sample introduces the material; a trial on the actual substrate or a representative part lets you assess texture, appearance and the practical result before establishing the production process.

We plan preparation, masking, material handling and operator workflow alongside the application equipment. Hands-on training covers spraying, equipment operation and care, basic troubleshooting and quality checks.

After trials and training, the team moves into production with an agreed preparation, application and inspection routine.
